Having first set site on this beautiful, yet distressed historical property, the owners of Events by Classic Group knew it could be a spectacular event venue to share with guests worldwide. How could it not be? The bones were solid, the views beautiful, and the convenient location apparent. Today, the property includes the “Carriage House” with its wonderful historic photo gallery; fragrant and colorful gardens with a cozy fire-pit, water fountain, and grand pizza oven; and the Main House, where you will find the “Captain’s Room,” often used for dining and dancing, located on the 1st floor, and the “Harbor View Lounge” on the 2nd floor, a perfectly relaxing location to enjoy the views that are engaging by day or night.
