The brief

A reference exchange rate does not tell someone what a bank, card or transfer provider will actually deliver. BTR.ro brings sourced references and a fee-comparison tool into one website.

Make the data understandable

We developed the reference-data integration and conversion interface, with provider fallbacks and visible source, publication and status labels. Visitors can distinguish a reference value from a provider quote.

Compare the delivered amount

The calculator accounts for the provider rate and fixed or percentage fees. It shows the difference between the reference value and the amount delivered, rather than treating the headline rate as the final cost.

BTR.ro is an informational reference website. It does not execute trades or handle funds. The illustration shows the data flow, rather than a screenshot of the application.
