The planning problem
Wedding planning spreads across guest lists, replies, seating plans and spreadsheets. The same information is needed in several places, and a change in one part affects the next.
A connected workspace
We built a web application that keeps guests, RSVP responses, seating, budgets and tasks in one planning workflow. Guest information remains available while arranging seating, rather than becoming a separate list to maintain.
Decisions in the interface
Guest records and individual responses share the same context. Seating tools work with those records, while budget and task views stay alongside the event. The interface follows the planning task rather than the underlying data structure.
The illustration shows the connection between a response and a seating plan. It explains the workflow without substituting a decorative screenshot for the product.
Continuing development
The application is live and continues to be developed. The scope covers the web application and its connected planning interfaces.
